Yesterday I wrote about transformation, and I have come to realise that what is actually needed is patient trust; the discipline to take small, everyday steps towards our goals.

And this morning I was reminded of these words by Confucius.

The one who moves

a mountain begins

by carrying away

small stones.

Today I am going to take 15 minutes or so to focus on the small stones which I can move, rather than the scale of the many mountains I would like to move.

Coming up
