How Gatherings for Men work

I hold both online and in-person retreats that give you time to step out of the busyness of everyday life to reconnect more deeply with yourself in a supportive and inspiring environment. Structured using tried and tested Courage & Renewal techniques, each retreat features themed sessions where you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself through poetry, stories, images, music and myth. We also make time for personal reflection and solitude on retreat to give you the opportunity to listen to the voice of your inner guide.
