I’ve still not sorted my website issue.
Well, it’s kind of sorted in that folks can now visit the site on Edge, Chrome and Safari, but the moment I try and write a blog post on the browser it goes into a tail spin and performs a critical error.
I’m not one to get hasty these days, but a younger version of me might have been tempted to give my laptop a critical error by lobbing it out the window.
Frustrating doesn’t do it justice.
Anyway, adversity breeds creativity doesn’t it (I made that up I think) and so I’ve downloaded the “Jetpack” app to my phone, and this is where I am now writing this blog post.
Jetpack is a suitably ironic title for this plugin, because it seems to be the culprit behind these critical errors, so I’m definitely not Jetpacking anywhere fast…
I’ve no idea if it will work, but so far there’s nothing critical happening and no apparent “errors” either, so let’s see.
If it works I’m sure one of my many (count on the fingers of one hand) followers will tell me.
And then I might attempt to write the blog entry that I actually want to post, which is all about the difference between obligation and commitment.
In the meantime, the cogs of AI helpdesks are whirring away attempting to solve my issue. If it ever lands on an actual human beings desk it could be a miracle.
But then as Mike and the Mechanics once sang,
All I Need Is A Miracle.
